After passing final decree what are the steps

I am the plaitiff of the suiit.... And got final decree.... The defendant appeared on that final date.....but not file any objection on commissioner report.... Court accept the report.... And delivered final decree.. my question is 1)what are process of allotment of my possession.....2) is there any appeal time after passing final decree? If yes then what is the waiting time

Dear Client,
As per the details provided by you my legal suggestion would be that appeal period to High court is 90 days and to any other court is 30 days now it depends upon your case from where did you got the decree from , if it is from District Judge then to file the appeal before the High Court is 90 days or if any lower court from District Judge then it will be 30 days .
and after passing of the appeal period you can file the execution of the said decree in the self same court.
