Sir, I want to present an affidavit in Kota, Rajasthan family court regarding my absence on one date, i m in lucknow, uttar pradesh. Can i make affidavit in Lucknow & present it in Kota family court on date of next hearing. Kindly confirm. BR//Jagdish 9560907224

Yes you can get your affidavit prepared from Lucknow, and can submit its before the family court at Kota , it is admissible in certain matters , but your absence reason shoud be genuine and true . for more detail u can contact to me
