Hi, Aperson has forged our signatures and filed a specific performane suit in 2010... District court and High court has dismissed the cases... We would like to file a criminal case for forgery... I was present in office discharging my duties on alleged date of fake agreement of sale ... My employer gave my attendance details of in an Email attachment... Can we submit this attendance record of 2010 given in an email attachment in court as Evidence?? Thanking you...
