If there is an actual site/boundary measurement problem with neighbour is that good to go with government surveyor or private surveyor? If they are asking in writing for an understanding for 2 Inches.

I understand your questions so you can take private surveyor also possible that are giving correct mesurement and you can file court case for possion n case for 2 inches and take restaimimg order from. court if your neighbor giving truble
