In an Aided college assistant professor selection, if the selected candidate’s publications are found to be in cloned journals, is the appointment void ab initio and does the doctrine of fraus omnia viciat apply?

Yes. You can file an application for the vulnerable High Court for the account concerned civil court having over the matter against the person challenging his dog challenging his journals and also if you can able to able to prove that his appointment can be declared void and that can be such a site set a site
