My grand father own a land of 2 acrs which brought in the year 1980 but today when we checked the records (r.o.r) . My grand father name is in pattadar some other name is in enjoyment Column or tenant infact we never gave him . Before 1980 he used to have tenancy but he lost the case in high court of Hyderabad for tenancy order was given to vacate him . In 2017 telangana government introduced pattadar passbook where we got new books . We are staying there we got crop insurance certificate, current bill of land pattadar passbook, title, saledeed with some officer he is trying to interfere me saying I had tenant check records now what I need to do
file execution petition in the district Court and vacate the tenant opportunity to me I will find exclusion petition vacate the tenant it will take 6 months the tenant I am advocate practicing in High Court for 20 years
