A question from a class 12th student

Hello sir/ma’am I am a student of class 12th icse from Meerut Uttar Pradesh as the boards are starting from 13th feb I failed in my preboard exams I have often heard that schools don’t give admit card for board exams to students who fail in pre boards are they legally capable of revoking our admit cards and stop us from giving the board exams ? And if they won’t give our admit card what do I say to them
If school is not issuing admit card you need to file petition against your school in Allahabad High Court. But i need to know some facts which is necessary for your case like your school is private or government school. If government school than with petition if private body than remedies are slight different.
