A guy is troubling me and black mailing me.

I was in relationship with that person for few months then I broke up with him. After sometimes he started apologizing for things and then we got back into relationship. After 2 months he started showing his aggressive side again I tried to convince him to end things normally but he said he'll suicide and I'll be responsible for it so I didn't do anything. I started talking to some other guy and I decided to block him, he came to know this and went to my home to show some private photos to my family. He said if I'll not be in relationship with him forever he'll tell everything to my family and file a case against me for cheating. What should I do now? Can he file case against me for this

As per the facts provided by you, he could not proceed legally against you and if he is troubling then you can file case against him. Thanks and Regards

his case will be not maintainable in court, as no cheating was committed by you. moreover, you can file FIR against him for blackmailing and circulation your photos under IPC. don't worry, it's a clear cut case of blackmailing and forcing. he can be arrested.
