A dash is given on my baby's name as no middle name name is there

In gujarat middle name is mandatory, but I am from west bengal and I don't have any middle name. Now in case of my baby boy, a hyphen is provided by municipality in the name. If that hyphen I have to write on baby' s aadhar card?

Since Aadhaar takes the name exactly as per the Birth Certificate, the hyphen will appear unless you get it corrected at the Municipality. If you want a clean name without a hyphen, first apply for correction in the Birth Register. Otherwise, Aadhaar will lawfully carry the hyphen
