A Central Govt. body that grants certain statutory permissions (that can't be post-facto regularized

13-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
A Central Govt. body that grants certain statutory permissions (that can't be post-facto regularized) requires a notarized affidavit from the applicant. It was discovered after 3 years via RTI that the applicant made/swore a blatantly false statement/fact in the affidavit to obtain permission. A court order obtained by applicant in his favor was based on submissions that directly contradicted his statement in the affidavit submitted to the Govt. body. Who can prosecute? Time barred?

you can file a perjury application before the court of law. it is necessary that you discuss the matter at length and provide the necessary documents so that appropriate legal recourse can be advised.
