If 66 A IT act has been abolished than how any Judge can summon in 66 A IT Act and 504 ?

yes 66 a IT act has been abolished by the apex court of India in the year 2015, if a any lower court has summmoned anyone in section 66a of IT act then you have to file an application under section 482 in Allahabad High Court for quashing of the summoning order
