brother divorce wife , in reply her family put case 498a 377 354 323 504 on all family members , anticipatory bail received from session court , shell we go for quashing or trial court , which is better option . what can be overall expenses if go for quashing.

This is my response to you: 1. You can approach high court for quashing if FIR; 2. Once it is quashed then you do not need to go into the long trial; 3. Consult a local lawyer with full facts and take steps.
