4 trees bending my land and creating risk of life and property

04-Feb-2025 (In Civil Law)
Four coconut trees from my neighbor’s property extend into my land, with three blocking my pathway and one leaning into my garden. Falling coconuts pose a serious risk, and my children narrowly escaped injury twice. Debris from these trees damages our property, forcing us to clean it up. I request reimbursement for cleaning and repairs and a permanent solution, including the removal of the fourth tree, to prevent further hazards.
