1oth, 12th Marksheet Correction

Mere 10th (2021) aur 12th (2023) ke marksheets me father name me 2 words ki spelling mistake hai. Mere baaki sab documents 10th ke basis par bane Hain. Main 4th semester me hoon aur govt. exams ki preparation bhi kar raha hoon. Kya ab itne time baad marksheet me correction possible hai? Agar correction na karvau, to kya future me (govt. job verification, documents check, family health/life insurance claim, etc.) me koi problem aa sakti hai?Safety ke liye Gazette banwana sahi rahega or any else

आपके 10th (2021) और 12th (2023) की मार्कशीट में आपके पिता के नाम की स्पेलिंग में गलती है, तो इसे अभी भी सुधरवाना संभव है। अधिकांश शिक्षा बोर्ड (CBSE/State Board) निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत नाम/स्पेलिंग करेक्शन की अनुमति देते हैं, भले ही कुछ समय बीत चुका हो। इसके लिए आपको आवेदन, सही दस्तावेज (आधार, जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, अन्य शैक्षणिक रिकॉर्ड) और कभी-कभी स्कूल का सत्यापन देना होता है। यदि आप करेक्शन नहीं करवाते हैं, तो भविष्य में निम्न समस्याएँ आ सकती हैं: • सरकारी नौकरी में दस्तावेज सत्यापन के समय आपत्ति • पासपोर्ट, बैंक, बीमा क्लेम आदि में नाम mismatch • कानूनी/परिवारिक दस्तावेजों में समस्या इसलिए करेक्शन करवाना ही सबसे सुरक्षित विकल्प है। यदि किसी कारण से बोर्ड करेक्शन से मना करे, तब आप: • Gazette Notification (नाम/स्पेलिंग सुधार हेतु) करा सकते हैं • Affidavit बनवाकर सभी दस्तावेजों में consistency दिखा सकते हैं लेकिन प्राथमिक और बेहतर तरीका यही है कि सीधे बोर्ड से correction कराया जाए। संक्षेप में, अभी भी correction संभव है और भविष्य की परेशानी से बचने के लिए इसे जल्द करवाना ही उचित रहेगा।

For safety, if correction is not feasible, you can: Execute an affidavit stating correct spelling and confirming both names refer to the same person. Publish a newspaper notice (optional but helpful). Get a Gazette notification done—this is considered strong supporting proof in legal and सरकारी matters.

Having two different spellings of father's name will have adverse consequences in case of application for government jobs, passport, visa etc. Approach the Board to make corrections in the name. if the board refuses, a writ petition can be filed in the High court for the corrections. should you have any queries please feel free to contact me

You need to contact your school principal. Pursuant to which you need to fill in a correction form and submit it to the Regional Officer through your school. Make sure that all spellings etc are correct in the correction form that you fill.
