RESPECTED SIR/MADAM SIR 32 LAKAH K CHEQUE KE LIYE COURT FEE KITNE % / KITNE RUPEES KI LAGENGI PLZ ADVICE. EK PARTY NE PROPERTY KA 32 LAKH KA CHEQUE DI WO CHEQUE HUM NE BANK MEN LAGAYA WO BOUNCE HOGAYA . HUM NE US PARTY KO 138 KA NOTICE ISSUE KARDIYA AB CASE KARNA HAI.

Taking into consideration your above given facts. The court fees to be paid differs from state to state. And in some state the courts fees is not applicable.Hence it totally depends upon which state your are filing the case. As far as Maharashtra is concerned the current rates are around 150Rs - 300 Rs per Lakh. Note the rates of court fees are subject to change from time to time. Hence while you file the case it is recommended that you ask your lawyer he and instruct you accordingly. Note: you may also pay the court fees stamp on-line on the website. Best Regards

Court fee chart for this case is Rs.200 for every Rs.10000 if your amount is 32 lakh then u have to pay 64 thousands as court fee. 10000 = 200 3200000 = 64000 kindly Contact for lawyer service in pune and nearby area

Aapko 2 % court fees bharna padega. Aapke advocate ne nhi bataya kya aapko. Total amount k 2 %court fees bharna padega, to hi case file hoga aur process issue hoga. Aap apne advocate se confirm kar lo

Dear client to file cheque bounce case under sec 138 og negotiable instrument act the court fee is 2 percent of amount. As u send legal notice then u have to file case in court after 45 days from service of notice to oppoent party. For any legal help call me Adv prasad patil Pune
