Settlement deed for cheque bounce case

Complaint filed a cheque bounce case against me 3 years back....I did not attend in front of court in this 3 years as I was in States and because of few unavoidable reasons...ow I and my opposite party decided for final settlement against those cheques .... what should I write on paper for final settlement....and should I need to pay any penality to court ...if any

you can compromise by filing petion before the MAGISTRATE but before doing payment you need to execute documents for your security if you are interested we can help you out in settlement and to protect from future consequences
