Regarding FIR failed and closed.Will it has effect on VISA

Hello sir,
My uncle has charged FIR on check bounce of rupees 2lakhs. He went to jail and later he came back on bail after 3 days.
Later it got compromised and case was closed.
Will have any issue if he apply for VISA.
kindly advise on this.
Cant really comment on how the VISA authorities would look at the issue but since the case has been compromised and provided there are no previous criminal records, i do believe that it should not be that much of an issue as long as you are transparent in providing all the details to the authorities.
