How to confirm the date of the issued cheque

To prove that the cheque was issued in 2008 as a security purpose, can the court accept any request to verify the ink of the cheque or age of the cheque. Pl. clarify.
Sir this suggestion only.The cheque holder is filed the case against you or not. If he filed case against you during the coure of trail of the case on your request the petition has to be filed through your advocate , on merits of the case the said petition is allowed, the honble court send the said cheque for determination of the age of the lnk or other particulars on the said cheque for export opinion on process fees.

The court will not do this on whole, until you file separate application to send the documents to forensic expert to know ink and the age of the cheque and you can also examine the branch official who have issued the cheque book.
