Cheque not returning after payment
31-Aug-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I get a money from a person giving my cheque & I pay him by giving my property to him but he not satisfied & doesn't returned my cheques.what can I do before he make it bounce sir please suggest me
You are really in danger. You must get issue a legal notice to return the same and also lodge complaint with police. Intimate the bankers not to accept such cheques. Even then he can bounce and send a legal notice to which you have to get issue a reply notice etc.
