Hello
I need to know the legal charges involved, time frame for case fulfillment and court fees for cheque bounce of rs 15,00,000 . Kindly help me and provide the details. Thank you.
The court fee for 15 lakhs is 0.5% in the cheque bounce case. The cheque bounce case nowadays takes a while and the timeframe cannot be predicted. The case may end soon on compromise by the accused. Other fee varies.
