1. Cheque Bounced 2. Case filed under sec. 138, at lower court 4. Accused got the stay order from the high court. 5. Now we are praying to lift the stay order 6. Now my question is, whether there is any citation stating that trial must be tired in the lower courts only, so as to the stay may be vacated

i question is incomplete first you have to tell me that on what ground the accused got the stay from high court what was the petition he has filled so that we can oppose the petition by giving some arguments on it and for the judgement first the moto of the case is important to vacate the stay from High court.
