The complainant has made a hand loan through RTGS of 10 lakhs to the accused and the accused issued a cheque to the complainant to discharge the liability but cheque got bounced ...after filing ni act case accused was involved with many dealings with the complainants father The accused is saying he has made repayment to the complainants father through RTGS without the consent & authorisation of Complainant ... Who will win the case ?

Dear Sir, The presumption is in your favour and his defence that he had paid the amount to your father cannot be believable because you are not given any authorization to him. You can proceed with cheque bounce case and ultimately it may be ended in conviction and thereafter the Accused may come for settlement.
