Mere ancle ne ak MIS par mere papa ko nominee ki a tha.but mere papa already no more tho us paise ko with drew karne kelia mujhe kya karna hoga
Aap ke uncle ki legal heirs MIS ke paise utha sakte hai. Paise utha ne ke liye Bank unse succession certificate mang sakte hai. Succession certificate liye unke legal heirs ko court me apply karna hoga under Act 39.

agar aapke uncle jinhone yeh mis kiya hai abhi bhi zinda hai to unko kehke nominee change karwa ligiye. aur agar unki death ho chuki hai to, aap ko sirf aap k papa ka death certificate show karna padega aur jinke nam pe ye mis hai unka bhi death certificate show karna padega, aur ek application likh lene se yeh easily solve ho jayega.
