Twice Paid Emi For One Month And Refund Of One Emi Back

My last month emi was not deducted even after having sufficient balance and unnecessary due has been applied on me and this month also no emi was deducted between my due date which is ecs and to pay those emi link was provided to me from bajaj which I visited the branch and the employee told me to pay through that link to avoid unnecessary due again and I paid the emi after which within 2 hr again my emi of 57000 got debited automatically from my account to which the employee is saying he will revise the payment and things are in process it has been 10 days now no update from there anymore my twice emi was paid which i want it return from the bank what should I do now
