Sir a customer of mine has deposited Rs 220000 in my account theough rtgs which is fearing me as i am a small businessman and never do transactions through bank. Now i need to pay the amount of 200000 to the company.How to do it . What are the tax issues i will be facing
What ever the mode of remittance the amount credited to your account is accepted by you and hence liable for tax liability if any.
