Regarding transfer of my husband.
29-Aug-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
My husband got transferred to 400km away from my place as am also working in non transferable central government job. Also we both having the treatment for fertility for last six months. It is not possible to stay together now. It is very crucial time for both as am 32 and he 34. No one is helping in this matter from regional office, where as many people are trans near by places. Can we appeal on PG portal or file a case against the order.

you should file a case against them. Also there is a governmental order saying that both working husband and wife will be working at the same place. Moreover when you have a genuine problem then usually courts have a sympathy.
