Personal loan of tenant is landlord has any responsiblity

I have a tenant in my house on 2016 as our house lie in unauthorized colony of delhi here no one use rent agreement for providing rent there is just verbal agreement. but i have taken his adhaar copy as his identity proof he lives one year in our house and used to remain in contact with us but on 2018 this guy called me requested me that is his Credit card is coming on my address I asked him how can you used my address he told me that as his permanent address is UP it just for receiving of card he need my address . please accept that and he will collect it from me after his so much request i receive his credit card but in april 2019 some agents coming and asking about this person that he has taken a personal loan of 5 lakh has given my address but in his adhaar card adress is of Uttar pradesh 10 times thay have come everytime i told them he is not live here I have never given this tenant my electricity bill,nor my id card nor rent agreemnt.Is i have any responsibilty of this loan.
