Dear Querist,

You can file an Interim application in the case which was disposed off by High court of karnataka that
the nationalized bank has not awarded 9% interest and ask for a direction to pay the balance interest for the entire period. But pl.not that there are Supreme court judgments awarding only 6% interest, so you can try though before the High court of karnataka.

If the High Court order mentioned that interest is to be 9%, then they have to comply with it. If they are not complying with the Court order, you can file a Contempt Petition against the Bank. Please meet a lawyer and seek advice on how to file the Contempt Petition.
