I am female.problem Is my banking issue.my account Is in bob sec 14 Gurgaon.Problem Is that bank employee has never coprate to me.I've 2 children.elder is my daughter.yesterday I went to bank with my son.bank employee and branchanager want to get inquriy about my savings.junior branch manager name shipra has taking inquriy to my son.That which school and which class he is reading.what subject he has taken etc in my absence.
this is to inform you that no bank employee can ask for any personal questions to any person. Since BoB is a government bank so you can file a complaint with the authorities regarding whatever has happened to you.
