How can i get fingerprint and a medical certificate from old age home.

84 yr old sick mothers pension was handled my me all these years I have been given the power of attorney by my mother. 4 months back mother was shifted to a care home by my big brother in uk an Australian citizen. He does not want me to handle mothers pension nor does the manager of the care home allow me to take mothers fingerprints to produce life certificate so that she can receive this years pension.Brother does not correspond or communicate to me. What can be done to get mothers fingerprint a nd a medical certificate from the home she is admitted as the bank requires it. Pl advise.

there is no provision for give finger print u have file succession certificate case before civil court and pay court fee at the time of order. ur mother is dependent lady and wife of deceased person, therefore she is 1st dependent lady. and thereafter his children is dependent. but ur case is family dispute matter therefore u have file case against ur mother and brothers/sisters.
