I have taken a loan amount of Rs.8000 fromflash cash app... And due to some reasons iam unable to repay the amount and it is 29 days delay till today.. They are adding penality to it and still they are calling to my all contacts and informing negatively about me... I am verymuch embaressed with themm... I will pay the amount bt i need to take revange on them now
any creditors don't have right to give their debtors information to others if someone is giving your information to anyone then you can file a complaint against themfor harassing and giving information to anyone.

You can file a consumer complaint in consumer forum. If you want to file Defamation suit or Complaint you can approach both civil and criminal court. Defamation comes under both civil and criminal remedy.
