Someone is using my identity to take loan. my credit report is getting too much hurt due to this, but i am nri currently outside india cannot file a complaint in police, please advise
You need to make complaints to various authorities, including police, bank, etc. It might be possible that someone is using your pan card for his benefit. So it becomes important for you to bring to such fraud to the notice of the police, bank, etc.

There were few options like, someone (lawyer) on your behalf legally go to police station and report the same issue and mark that report to bank also.
You can write a mail to their official mail id, c.c to EOW (Economic Offence Wing)
