Credit card issue threat, plz help

I hv to pay around 3.5 lakh to the bank, credit card. I faced some financial crisis so told bank to give me some time. But now third party people nd other guys from the bank hv started threatening my family. It is my mother's card basically . They treat in such an extent that we had to make a complaint in Nhrc nd police station. They did not help us.
Now I got an email from RBI , guess bank has given the case to them. Wht shall I do. Shall I declare my mother as bankrupt, cz I hv no money at the moment. We hv no asset , on rent , no property nothing.

Hi,
You shall send them a legal notice and a file a complaint about recovery agents in banks. In the legal notice you shall ask them to refrain themselves from using illegal methods or else you shall file a police complaint.
