I WANT TO KNOW PROCESS FOE RECOVERY OF DEFAULT MONEY FROM DEFAULTERS .
IF DEFAULTERS ARE NOT PAYING WHAT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN ON GUARANTERS.
as a chit fund, since there are defaulters you are within your right to enforce guarantees before the debt recovery tribunal and you can directly recover money from the guarantor without running after the borrower.
