Can i join bank job if criminal case is pending against me

Sir i got selected in maharashtra gramin bank after selection casee is filed against me under 323 and 324 but i m joining now will i loose my job plz suggest what shud i do further
No you are not eligible as per the government service rules, which states that a person having a criminal case cannot join the service until he is discharged or acquitted.
