Bank officials threatening to seal my house What can be done

I had been offered Kotak bank job through Kotak Probationary Officer (PO) Program which was held in bangalore in August 2012.PO program (PGDBRM- Post graduation diploma in banking & Relationship management) was of 9 months and for completion of this program Kotak bank itself provided loan of 3 lacs on our name but they didn't give us the amount in real. Amount never credited to our bank account. They just showed in our liability side.They said once you get the job u will have to pay the emi of 10k out of your net salary 29 k.They rolled off this loan amount saying that we spent on your study..
u have challenge the enquiry of ur bank and issued legal notice to the bank.
it is necessary to passed order by civil court for that reason of attachment of property and possession of ur house.
this unlawful act created by ur bank.
it is illegal without following due procedure of law.

Dear sir,
i dont see any fault with this, you knew in advance that amount of Rs.3 lacs is towards loan and you have signed documents to that effect. However, disbursing the amount actually in your account is necessary since amount must have debited towards cost of PO programme.
