Bank lien on funds in account without permission

Bank put a lien of 50,000 on my account. As per bank they have got a complaint from someone stating that 50,000 was wrongly transferred to my account. So bank put a lein without my confirmation, with any communication. Please suggest.
Write a letter to your Bank asking them to reply in detail with whose permission and on what basis have they marked lien on your account without any notice or intimation to you and ask them to immediately un-mark the lien from your account.
