Bank issued Loan recovery notice from tehsil without informing custome

I have a business loan account account with punjab national bank. The bank initiated loan recovery from tehsil without informing me and now tehsil loan recovery agents are harassing me. Is it legal to issue notice like that?
Dear Sir.. Please share your legal notice with me and please let me know in what way they are harassing you. If they are using any unauthorized means, then you can take them to Court.
