Bank Account Freeze By Cyber Cell

My SBI bank account freeze by cyber cell. It has a balance of rupees 3000. The account was very old and don't have pan details. I don't require to operate this account anymore. Bank official asking for KYC. What should I do?
Apply for the KYC and that way you can reoperate it with closing rights. Why the cyber cell has freezed your account is a question which requires a detailed explanation because cyber cell is involved only when there is some illegal transaction in the account otherwise it is never involved
