we are autonomous institute in India we are providing certification and diploma courses in Management and Engineering so this certifications and diploma courses are legal in India or not so we can provide certificates in diploma to all students legally in India without any Government Registratregistrations please give confirm legal knowledge about this certifications we can provide to student or not please confirm us

Yes, you can give Certificate /Diploma to successful Candidate, But it is not valid for any Government Service Criteria and in Private sector it depend on Private Management whether it is accept or not, you register NGO and try to get affiliation from Registered Institution like MITCON, IGNOU,YCMOU

Q: Confusion regarding name change procedure

Hi, My wife did a name change in 2008 (not related to marriage, for personal reasons). The lawyer then told her to keep the newspaper cuttings of the name change ad. Later, when applying for passport, it was rejected because the passport officials said that the whole newspaper is required. Moreoever, this lawyer also didnt tell her about any Gazette publication if it is required or not. Many years later (now, 2018), we came to know that a Gazette notification is also required, which was never told to her by that lawyer. When we call that lawyer and ask him, he said that we have to shell 10k rupees to get that done! My questions: 1. We currently have the affidavit document on stamp paper + newspaper cuttings of the ad on the document. What else do we need? 2. Do we need to the Gazette publication? If yes, what is the process and the fees? Can it be done online?

What is original name as per birth certificate /Academic recordwhich name change and what is reason to change name ,POI proof Aadhar Card, PAN Card with related to Academic record if not then name should be appeared in gazette.

I got a ROC number, and my ROC is generated. And on the Copyright website copyright.gov.in it shows that my work is registered. Now in how many days will i get my Copyright Certificate?

if no objection filed within the said period the application is then formally examined and objections by the examiner if any are raised or any extra documents required are requested for response to the objections/examination report has to be filed within the 30-60 days a copyright registration certification is issued by copyright office after the objection , if any are overcome to the satisfaction of copyright office

application to be submitted in same district where child's father residing since his birth and document require father cast certificate school leaving certificate ration card, tax receipt and 1950 record relating to cast.
