Q: We received court notice in the name of my father
Sir My fathers has 3 big brothers and they have done case on each other due to property. My father is the smallest one and he is in defense service . Yesterday we got notice from court in name of my father to appear in court but we live in rajasthan and my fathers posting is in Gujarat as he is in Military so what should do . The postman told that it will be only in favour of ther person the name written on the notice but my father does not live here. The post man told that the notice will be returned in 5-6 days. Sir is there any problem . I Think Sir the notice must be in the favour of my father in his posting area address. Can u help me sir ..

There is no problem in this situation, tell postman that u are son of Notice receive person , In this situation Postman does not deny , because any kind of notice ,Letter ,order are receivables by notice receive persons son , wife , daughter, his servant also ,if he is outside his address, Notice is receivable by any one who live receive person address.
