Q: Divorce Issue partner cheated now threatening to move out of city

My wife had affair with another man which I found out sent legal notice she tore that notice for past one month I am asking for reasons to cheat but she still not replying but daily speaking over phone with person whom she has affair,last week she told she want to move out of city as she wants some time to stay separated so we can join together but I refused for that but she is not agreeing continuously she is telling she wants to move out of city for few months,I need suggestion what to do next

from which city you are from. how do u found out she is in affair. what is your nature of job and your wife job. do you have kids. how long you have been married. she wants judicial separation ? but not divorce

Q: Replaced my speedometer cover with older one one need help

I gave my bike for service at a KTM center where they changed the speedometer cover. It started peeling off, and the part cost ₹1000. I believe the work was fraudulent. They are refusing to show the service video, and my issue is still unresolved. I want to take legal action so others don’t face the same problem. I can’t afford high legal fees, so if any lawyer is okay with low fees, please contact me. Thanks.

which city you are from. under what circumstances you have given vehicle. have to give to the authorized service centre. you mean to say the speedometer is not fixated. what was the response when you ask them about the same.

visit the nearest police station and complaint against your wife and her family members. make complaint about the cruelty they made to you. take the CSR copy from the police while filing divorce we can add this as evidence. what is your wife family demands from you. what are you working

report incident to the nearest police station and go to the Government Hospital. take photos of the bodily wounds. GH will give you the summary report of the abuse. apply for domestic violence and divorce
