Q: Special Marriage act -Some officials proiding wrong information

I would like to get a legal advice about special maariage act.Myself Indian citizena and my Fiance is Malaysian. We woulkd like to do the register marraige first to expedite the immgiration process wince we are planning to move to other country and do the traitional marriage later, I have read about the Special marriage act and I don't see any problem with that. Would like to get legal adivce before we proceed.

You are Indian citizen and your Fiance is foreign national you both can absolutely get marry under the special marriage act First you have to access the Register office and book the slot . The particulars are both of your passport and the visa validity of your Fiance , 30 days notice period and 30 days residency proof and if they need they may ask NOC from Malaysian embassy if they need And also your passport size photos. After getting marriage make sure you get registration with above mentioned particulars

Q: Father is not in clear mind, his property is managed wrongly

My father's medical expenses for operation were paid by my brother and sis, against my will of taking him to Government hospital. Now they are terrorizing me and my other brother for paying interest on those loans taken for ad's medical expenses from dad's only house rental, which is not sufficient to pay for his such loan interests and bank mortgage emi and his expenses. Can my bro/sis ask for such interest or even the money spent on his medical expenses by them without our prior agreement.

You are saying medical expenses which is a personal problem so the loan should be a personal loan. If the loan is personal loan then the person you gets loan is liable for the repayment of loan unless or until you’re not the guarantor of the loan then you are not legally bounded to pay any interest on the loan. And they cant demand you to pay any interest
