you have know the insurance company name so you visit nearest office of insurance company & meet with TP( Third party) claim Manager and deal with him. In case your problem was not solve then you can call me for this matter. We will compromised your matter.



Q: Remedy as builder not giving occupancy & completion certificate

Have bought a flat. Sale deed says covered car parking space for 2 cars. 10 occupants 20 cars. However the parking space available is for 10 cars only. He is selling open space of drive in and drive out for additional 10 cars. Also he has still not given Possession letter, Occupancy certificate and Completion certificate. What can one do. Kindly advise.
