Q: Case against sexual harassment by husband's uncle

Hi, My husband's uncle tried to sexually harass me 3 times after my marriage. This is the 3 rd year of my marriage. Before 3 months he again tried to do the same. But all the times I escaped. My mother in law knows everything but she is doing favour for his brother. Till now i didn't told this to anybody. But my husbands uncle played nicely and now my husband dont like me and my son. His uncle told me if i allow for what he needs then he will make my life back to normal otherwise he will destroy it. Can I proceed with a criminal case?

Of course you can proceed with a criminal case. First of all make all things clear before your husband, and let him be aware of the intentions and deeds of his uncle that will protect your marriage. Then File a complaint before the police. Narrate the whole incidents before them.

Q: Clarification on share of daughter in father's property

My father is the sole owner of the ancestoral property of my grandmother which she inherited from her mother.i am my dads only daughter.What rights do i have on that properties as the girl child?Do i have to agree on the sale of these properties to third party?

As your father is the sole owner of the property and that particular property being an ancestral property it is you who will own the property after him. Your father is not supposed to dispose off the ancestral property without your consent. The property will devolve upon you after your father.

Q: Extra marital affair now want to stop as girl is threatening

I fell in a relationship with another girl (A divorcee), 2 years ago. She had a son who is completely deaf and dump, she asked me help to purchase hearing aid for her son. That lead to a relationship, we had physical relationship two times. I was helping her in all ways I can during this period. now I am completely bankrupt and finding it difficult even to make my EMI and family expenses. I started denying of helping her. She is threatening me of telling my wife about our relation. In the meantime she got raped by her cousin. She had a child in it. I am in a confusion as to how to get rid of this girl. Whether I can file a complaint against her or not. I want to live peacefully. somebody advise.

Yes you can lodge a complaint before the police on her threatening with an intention to extract money from you. First of all make it out clearly to her, boldly. If she does not concede, move with the complaint.
