Q: Procedure for the division of ancestral property
My maternal grandfather passed away in 1995. He is succeeded by 3 sons and 3 daughters. He inherited a house from his father and it's been undivided since 4 generations now. He has no will .(1) Is my mother entitled for any share in that house? (2) can the house or any part of it be sold without my mother's consent? Pls advise.
