parents can ask for maintenance from children they have to file application under section 125 of criminal procedure code for maintenance if they are unable to maintain themselves.any person in this case your brother who has sufficient means to maintain himself cannot deny the maintenance to the wife, children, and parents if they are not able to maintain themselves
