hi if you want to do notarized register rent agreement and amount will be 23500 INR monthly stamp paper value will be 100 for 11months if you want to register more than 11 months then you have to register register it register office

I am hindu boy married muslim girl in Feb 2015 in west bengal her village as per Muslim marriage act - & have converted on document but not following any thing and have 2 daughters - Now we are in pune & now i have 2nd marriage in Jan 2021 with Hindu girl as per Hindu marriage act - but my 2nd wife asking to divorce first wife to stay with her while first wife is ready to stay separate in presence of second wife or she will divorce.as both marrieges are love marriage unable to understand whome to divorce and with whone i shoud stay.

as per my opinion you have to stay with your first wife and with your 2 daughters. as per our law your second marriage is void. if your first wife is ready then take divorce from her . your second wife is right. separation is not solution of your matter
