Can I get compensation through consumer court for my lost checked in baggage by the airlines company. The compensation offered by the airlines company is very less and I have rejected their proposal .

Aapke fr par non bailable section ka case tha jis karan arresting hui thi. Aap bata rahe ladki girl fr thi to ladki ne FIR me purani dosti ki bat kahi hogi jise ruling ke adhar par rape nahi hoga.but other allegation like blackmailing, cheating ye to trial ki bat Jo evidence se clear hoga.and FIR dekhane se sabhi batein clear hogi.

Q: Got widowed at age of 22 now want to remarry can i hide 1st marriage

my age is of 25, at the age of 22 I had been widow,my hubby died after 13 days of hindu culture marriage but just for my study we r done court marriage before 3 years without mutual consultation of both of the family. Now I want to again marry a guy can I hide my first court marriage in front of my second court marriage.can I hide my identity of widows for my second marriage.

You can remarriage but you cannot hide your first marriage.you have option to submit your hubby death certificate. First of all ,send all details of your and becoming hubby like age proof ,identity proof,and residential proof.

According to Hindu marriage act ,aap cross cousin ke sath sadi nahi kar sakti hai.kyonki Hindu marriage act me mother line 3 generation or father line me 5 generation ka gap hona hota hai.and aapke case sirf 2 generation gap hai.

Q: Can parents compel married couple to live separately

I did marriage in temple have a certificate from it with witnesses. After that we started staying separate to convince parents for a social marriage but now parents are not accepting it. How can we get back together?

Parent can not compel marriage couple to live seperatly.if both are major. You have best option of register marriage.you meet with a lawyer of your district and submit marriage application at your district ragistar office.
