First of all you have to file quashing petition u/s 482 of cr.p.c before hone'ble high court with affidavit if there is compromise,you have to file affidavit of complainant and victims if any in support of our petition.on satisfaction of the court will deliver just and proper verdict.

Though both the provision is non bailable.but after discharge of victim from hospital you have to file bail application before j m f c Court. Which would be rejected then after you have to file bail application sessions Court u/s 439 of cr p c then you can get success.

First of all her father has committed a serious offence,so she has to file a complaint u/s 376,450,506, of I P C by disclosing all facts. other wise courage of her will increase day by day. so file a complaint.

Dear Sir, I am an NRI and completed 11.5 yrs of marriage and have 11 years old son. Due to unbearable issues with wife I had to leave my wife with her parents in India and now living abroad with my son since 2 years. Looking to above facts I hear by give my opinion as under. As per the story your son is residing with you in that case custody of children is not required. For divorce with your wife who is residing of India. you may file divorce petition before the territorial jurisdiction of your residence per for ground of desire son or as per the provision of Hindu Law that you are not residing with your wife more then 2 years. You may file conjugal right petition before the family court.
